Working with Westhill, this project is a comprehensive redevelopment of a key site in Dublin.

The project involves the creation of a new community comprised of a significant number of residential buildings, a community centre, an office building and nursery.

The design involves the creation of a new ‘edge condition’ addressing a busy road and providing a sheltered south-facing ‘urban park’ setting that will support and nourish a thriving community.
