TRINITY ISLAND

Trinity Islands is an approved development in Manchester, consisting of around 1,390 new homes with a budget of circa £1.3 billion. The project comprises five towers with the tallest, at 67 storeys, reaching a height of 213 metres.

Brand Before Building:
The objective, to target a young professional active generation.  The brand, ‘Savvy Minimalism’, captures the spirit/freshness/flow & self-artistry inherent in the perceived customer base and weave it together with the concept of this enormously ambitious scheme.

The strategy for the scheme was to design the whole building as a ‘home’ that reflects the values of an aspiring sharing generation where contemporary functionality and sustainability are at their core.
